Please read our terms and conditions section very carefully. It contains important information regarding your reservation. It includes:
This system is designed to book our products for parties at houses and private locations only. If you need one of our products at a park or carnival please call our office at 1800 581 5867. If you make a reservation for any place that will be considered not a private location and a delivery attempt is made your credit card will be charged a $35.00 fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all of the rental equipment before you sign our rental agreement and make sure that everything is in good working condition. Any damages that may happen to the rental equipment after the customer signs our rental agreement will fall under the customer’s responsibility.
Customer is responsible for being present on the delivery address the day of the event between 8 am and the deadline that the customer choose at the time of the reservation. Customer must sign our rental agreement. In case customer is not home he/she should be responsible to leave someone over the age of 18 years who has a valid California identification card and is willing to sign our rental agreement, if customer fails to do this, we will not deliver any of the rental equipment and this will result in a cancellation penalty. Jumpers King is committed to ensuring your safety. We reserve the right to refuse setting up our equipment if we deem the location to be unsafe or weather conditions are unsafe and go against the manufacturers operating regulations.
Keep in mind that our drivers have other pick ups to do, although we try to arrive right on time to pick up our equipment, this sometimes turns out to be to be impossible because we have other pick ups to do at the same time. Customer acknowledges that there is a possibility that our drivers may show up to 3 hours late to pick up our equipment. If customer fails to be present at the time of the pick up customer should be responsible to leave someone over the age of 18 years or authorize our staff to go inside the property to pick up our equipment.
- Space/Surface requirements
The amount of room required to safely operate each piece of equipment varies. As a general rule of thumb however, you should add 3’ to the width and 6’ to the length of any inflatable. Inflatables can be placed on level grass and pavement away from overhead power lines and sharp objects. We do not setup inflatables on rocks or other sharp/loose surfaces for your safety.
In addition, it is imperative that you ensure and provide us with easy access to the area in which the inflatable is to be setup. Deflated units can still be quite large in size and heavy to move in tight areas.
Normally each inflatable/concession runs off a “regular” 110v household outlet on a 20 AMP circuit found in most homes and businesses. If you are renting large equipment or multiple inflatables, we will be happy to discuss additional power requirements with you ahead of time. We are NOT responsible for problems such as power failure (if breaker trips for example) and there will be no refunds due to such problems. Customer must have an electrical outlet close (within a 25’ range) to the place where our equipment will be set up. Our drivers carry a couple of extension cords to help customers but it is the customer’s responsibility to have electricity close by or an extension cord ready.
There is a non-refundable deposit of US$ 5,00 in order to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be paid online by credit card.
The balance is due upon delivery and must be paid in cash (sometimes we open exceptions and accept company’s checks and credit card payments – call our office if you have an issue regarding payment). In the event that you must cancel due to weather we require 24 hours notice.
In the event that you must cancel due to weather we require 24 hours notice (see “rain policy”). If you need to cancel for any other reason we require 48 hours notice. If this notice is provided we will give you a credit equal to your deposit towards any rental within one year period. If sufficient notice is not given and your event is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited and we’ll charge your credit card the full amount of the rental.
All cancellations must be made over the phone and with a live customer service representative, In order to validate the US$5.00 deposit towards another reservation for a different date and avoid being charged for the full amount of rental; customer must have a cancellation order number which will be provided at the time that the customer makes the cancellation with a Jumpers King representative.

DURING SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WINDS, ETC), WE RESERVE THE RIGTH TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATIONS. IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING IT OR NOT. UNIT CAN NOT BE USED DURING HIGH WINDS. IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE UNIT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS OR RAIN CHECKS! DO NOT USE DURING HIGH WINDS, TURN THE BLOWER OFF UNTIL CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE!
EQUIPMENT, RENT AND TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT
In consideration of the foregoing lease, LESSEE acknowledges and agrees for himself, herself, itself and any Personal representatives, heirs and next of kin that he, she or it assumes full responsibility for the use and operation of the PROPERTY leases herein during the entire time that the PROPERTY is under LESSEE’S care, custody of control. LESSEE further agrees that he/she/it is responsible for the full value of the PROPERTY leased herein in the event the PROPERTY is stolen or damaged while in LESSEE’S care, custody or control. LESSOR makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the safety of any or the PROPERTY leased.
The Undersigned, as Lessee, hires from JUMPERS KING, as Lessor, one JUMPERS KING unit. The Rental Fee as stated above is payable in advance from the time of commencement, Start Time to End Time.
Delivery: To the street address specified above by Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants Lessor right to enter the property at the said street address (“Delivery Address”) for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the JUMPERS KING unit at the specified time.
Transportation expense: Except as provided herein, all charges in delivering and subsequent pick up of the JUMPERS KING unit with respect to the Delivery Address are included in the Rental Fee noted above. In the event that the JUMPERS KING unit is not returned at the appointed time by Lessee to Lessor then a $50.00 Transportation Fee shall be automatically imposed.
Warranty: Lessor warrants that the JUMPERS KING unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. Lessee is responsible for inspecting the unit and making sure it’s working fine and has no damage. Later complaints will not be accepted. If unit is damaged by the End Time or during the time of the lease period you might be charged for the damages.
GENERAL RULES FOR USE OF THE JUMPERS KING UNIT: Only the compatible age groups and size shall play on the JUMPERS KING UNIT at the same time. The table above must be used as a guide (table 1). Do not use during high winds. No flips, wrestling or running. Do not jump against the walls or near the entrance. Exit if unit begins to loose air. ALWAYS HAVE AN ADULT SUPERVISING CHILDREN.
INDEMNIFICATION: LESSEE shall be if full charge of the safe use and operation of the PROPERTY leased herein and promises and agrees to indemnify and hold LESSOR, including its agents, servants, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, liabilities arising, or which may arise, from the use and operation of the PROPERTY leased herein. LESSEE HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, AND DISCHARGES LESSOR, including its agents, servants, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against any and all claims for damages suffered by any person or entity connected with the use or operation of any of the PROPERTY leased herein. This release is intended to include, but is not limited to, liability due to LESSOR’S negligence, regardless of whether such negligence is active or passive. This release is intended to discharge LESSOR from all liability for any and all person (s) and any and all property connected with the lease of the PROPERTY specified herein. This include, but is not limited to, PROPERTY damages, loss of the use of PROPERTY, physical injury, death, enjoyment of life, loss of profits, injury to reputation, and all other forms of consequential injury and damage, regardless of how such injury or damage is called or characterized.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: LESSEE further expressly agrees that the foregoing RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by CALIFORNIA law and that if any portion of this agreement is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the remainder of this agreement shall remain is full force and effect. This agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties concerning the subject matters above. There are no other alteration or attachments. LESSEE understands and agrees that no oral representations or statements have been made by LESSOR to representations set forth herein.
SAFETY:SAFETY FIRST! CHILDRENS’S SAFETY DEPENDS ON PRESENCE OF ADULT SUPERVISION WHILE JUMPERS KING UNIT IS IN USE. THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. SOMERSAULTS, ROUGH HOUSING AND FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO SHOES, NO FOOD, NO GUM, NO DRINKS, NO SHARP OBJECTS, NO SILLY STRING ALLOWED. DO NOT JUMP AGAINST THE WALLS. LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE/IT HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED ABOUT AND FULLY UNDERTANDS THE SAFE OPERATION OF THE JUMPERS KING UNIT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS RENTAL AGGREEMENT. LESSEE AGREES TO OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. LESSEE ALSO REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THE SAFE RETURN OF THE UNIT AND HEREBY AGREES TO PAY FOUR THOUSAND ($4,000) IF IT IS NOT RETURNED.
PROBLEMS: If JUMPERS KING UNIT begins to deflate, check power cord connections to see if motor has stopped. Make sure outlet (and breaker) has no other appliances plugged in and make sure breaker for the outlet is on. If motor continues to run, check for blockage of air-intake screen on side of motor, also check tubes on back of JUMPERS KING UNIT for snugness and tighten ties if necessary. If you can not correct the problem call the office. Note: BLOWERS require a dedicated 20amp circuit breaker / ground fault protected circuit (GFCD). We are NOT responsible for problems such as power failure (if the breaker keeps turning off for example) and there will be no refunds due to such problems.
RAIN POLICY : DURING SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WINDS, ETC), WE RESERVE THE RIGTH TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATIONS. IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING IT OR NOT. UNIT CAN NOT BE USED DURING HIGH WINDS. IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE UNIT FOR THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTSOR RAIN CHECKS! DO NOT USE DURING HIGH WINDS, TURN THE BLOWER OFF UNTIL CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE!
WARNING:
DO NOT RELEASE THE JUMPERS KING UNIT TO ANYONE
ONLY RELEASE THE JUMPERS KING UNIT TO THE SAME DRIVER WHO DROPPED THE UNIT OFF.
YOU AS A LESSEE ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE JUMPERS KING UNIT.
